1. Terms

To avail of our services you need to e-mail all requirements with your company profile. It will be your acceptance on all our terms and conditions if you send us your requirements by e-mail .. The recruitment and placement service are provided by Olengi Consultancy services on the following terms and conditions.

• Requirements for a particular organization, company or any Institute has to be mailed to Olengi Placement Consultancy. (E-mail: career@Olengi.com)

• Service charges 8.33% of CTC (Excluding statutory payments i.e. PF, Super annotation & Bonus) Excluding Service Tax up to Deputy Manager Designation.

• In case the candidate leaves service on his / her own within 45 days, another candidate will be forwarded, without any charges.

• We are not responsible for any do not mislead criminal or misconduct records or acts of the candidates selected / referred by us nor we are responsible for any legal dispute between the company and the candidate.

• If a candidate referred by us is not selected & later we find that he / she is working for the company within 12 months from their first interview Conducted, then it `will be considered a placement through Olengi and the company will have to pay the requisite Charges.

• We would place you our bill within a period of 1 month from the name of Olengi payable at Bhilai.

• Olengi Consultancy will charge you (company) recruitment fee plus prevailing service tax (As applicable) for junior, middle and senior level openings. (Charges are different & depend upon volume of the business. However, our standard charges are 8.33% on annual CTC)

• We should get our payment within 30 days from the joining date of the candidate.

• It is understood that the candidate will be selected purely on the selection process of the organization, and we do not assume any liability whatsoever that may arise at any point of time on account of the candidate selected by the organization.

• It would be company's (your) responsibility to inform Olengi Consultancy, if you select any employee/s through us. And to check and verify all the information and / or documents submitted by the applicant. if a candidate rejected by you at an interview be selected later through a walk-in-interview or a candidate declines to join your organization at the time of interview but later approaches you directly and joins your organization will be considered to be a placement done by us and service charges as applicable will be borne by your organization..

• In case of any dispute that may arise between Olengi Consultancy and the company (employer) the same shall be subject to Raipur jurisdiction only.

• On failure of payment within stipulated time period, 2% interest will be valid on actual amount and replacement will not be valid.

• The Consultant shall not be responsible for any losses suffered by the Client as a Result of the non suitability of the said candidate or arising in any respect from the Contract of engagement with the candidate
